About My Blogs


I must admit, I am not a big fan of blogging. I'm not sure if my dislike of blogging comes from some insecurity or if it's because I don't see the point in it. Nonetheless, here I am writing my 1st blog for Yoga With Cyndi! I am not sure how many of these I'll write, but just wanted to give you an idea of what to expect. First of all please understand that yes, I am a yoga teacher and a personal trainer, but by no means does that mean I have all the answers! Second, when I do start writing, no telling what may come out, please excuse the run-on-sentences and any other silly mistakes that I know I will make. Third, I am always open to suggestions on what to write about. I welcome your comments and will do the best I can to answer any questions you may have. The goal of my blog is to share my experiences, offer some suggestions and maybe tell you about something you didn't know and hopefully make you laugh or smile. Basically at the end of the day, I'm just like you...a person trying to keep it all together, be productive, be kind and be healthy.
